We truly believe it takes a village to raise a child, and both parents and therapists thrive with support from others. Our group and community sessions go beyond playtime for kids – they offer a chance for parents to connect and build their own support network.

Kids First Buds

Kids First Buds is our weekly free tummy time group for babies birth to pre-crawling! Babies get to play and meet their first “buds” while parents and caregivers get to connect in a relaxed and judgement free environment. You will leave with new tips and tricks to make floor time successful while setting the foundation to baby’s gross motor skills. You might even meet your child’s new bestie!

Age: birth - pre-crawling

Cost: Free

When: Wednesdays 9:30 AM

Kids First Sprouts

Our Kids First Sprouts class is a sensory-motor play group designed to support your child’s blossoming curiosity and growing independence. Through playful movement, hands-on exploration, and interactive activities, your little one will strengthen motor skills, improve coordination, and develop their sensory system.

In a nurturing and engaging environment, we encourage children to crawl, climb, and discover—laying the foundation for future milestones while fostering confidence and social connection. Perfect for busy bodies and curious minds, this class helps your child grow, play, and thrive!

Age: 10 months - 3 yrs

Cost: $15 per child, $5 for additional sibling

Kids First Roots

Kids First Roots is a support group for parents to grow their knowledge and confidence while building a strong foundation for their child’s development. We cover topics such as infant feeding, post-partum care, sensory and motor development, resources in our community and much more! Our goal is to provide education, support and community for parents in and around Baltimore City.

Connect with other parents, ask questions, and feel empowered as you navigate the different stages of your child’s journey. Because when parents are rooted in community, babies blossom!

Who: Parents and soon-to-be parents in any stage of their journey!

Cost: $20 per family/couple
