Meet Dr. Erica Law

Dr. Erica Law, lovingly known as Ms. Erica, is the owner and founder of Kids First Physical Therapy. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has been dedicated to pediatric care since 2021. Beginning her career in Washington, D.C., she worked with children from birth to 15 years old, treating a wide range of diagnoses. Over time, she discovered her true passion—infant development and those crucial early milestones from birth to first steps.

Since beginning her career in pediatrics, Erica has been deeply committed to expanding her expertise and supporting babies and their families. She actively pursues continuing education, engages in mentorship groups, and collaborates with other therapists—driven by her belief that every child deserves to move with confidence and ease.

Erica specializes in guiding parents through infant tension, torticollis, head shape asymmetries, and gross motor milestones from birth to walking, using a functional and child-centered approach. She values collaboration, working closely with parents and healthcare professionals to ensure each child receives individualized, high-quality care.

Her passion lies in educating and empowering parents, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to support their child’s development at every stage.
